In probably 20+ minutes of playing time, still a mute point until the other gets some solid PT, you can't compare them.

This comparison is even better than say Kobe/Lebron lol
Cheering for Twin Springs is like cheering for the Taliban
Here you go PVFAN, figured since JJ finally got more than 2 minutes on the court we would compare those numbers for you.
Redick last night in Orlando's 121-105 W over the Hawks who are playoff bound.
12 MIN
11 PTS
4-6 FG
2-3 3PTS
1 REB
1 AST
Blake last night in Portland's W against the terrible Grizzlies
30 MIN (Wow 2.5 times the amount Redick saw) Redick hasn't even seen the court this long all season.
12 PTS
5-12 FG
2-4 3PTS
1 REB
5 AST
Now imagine with me if you will, if Redick could get 20-25 minutes a game. I feel he is a 12-15 PPG type player. If he saw the court for what Blake does (which on AVG is 32 MIN a game) I feel Redick would AVG 18-20 PPG, whereas, Blake is under 9 PPG. I know it doesn't mean anything right now because it is not happening. If it does, you will finally wake up and see that Blake cannot hold JJ's jock. I'm guessing thats why Blake is still shooting over 40% from downtown, when you said it wasn't possible? Blake is a point guard not a shooting guard and he shoots better than JJ. Neither can play defense, or rebound, and Blake passes the ball much better. It's really a no contest in my book.

Ok, I will admit I didn't think he could sustain the 40% for the entire year and he did so I was wrong on that front. Remember though, he is still only shooting 38% for his career but has improved each year since he has been in the league. Went from 28% - 34% - 41%, not bad.
Either way, one is a PG and the other is a SG so we really can't compare the two, it is like apples to oranges. One is supposed to dish the rock and the other is supposed to shoot it. If given the opportunity to play on a regular basis and get in a rhythm there is no way Blake will score for more of an AVG than Redick, just like Redick will never have the APG that Blake has.
